Horsea WWS

and several others wanted sweet little Horsea and here she finally is.  Interestingly enough, today I learned that fin is not a flipper but an actual dorsal fin--which means Horsea only has one fin.  

(going a bit out of order, Butterfree and Venusaur are technically next in line, but both are requiring a bit more love and care, heh).
